Anthony I. Butler

Anthony I. Butler is the founder and CEO of Archer Management Consulting, a firm specializing in leadership development, team building, and executive coaching. As a coach, facilitator, and business advisor, Anthony helps leaders and organizations transform soft skills into technical strengths, enhancing team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture.

With a background in law, organizational leadership, human resources strategy, and program development, Anthony brings deep expertise in talent management, strategic planning, and DEI-focused initiatives. He is also a certified Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI) administrator, using this tool to guide inclusive leadership growth.

Anthony’s leadership experience spans the nonprofit, legal, and consulting sectors, with governance roles at Black Girls Dive, Inc., and contributions to the Maryland State Bar Association, National Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Truman State University and a J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law where he earned an Employment Law Certificate, was on the Mock Trial team, and received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award.

His work is grounded in a commitment to equity, inclusion, and creating environments where people and organizations thrive.
